Atelier House

Atelier house is a conversion of an old ceramics factory into a residence. The creation of a new dynamic flowing space from a confusing network of small rooms with a new empty space carved out of the center… an internal courtyard, the new heart of the home in the mediterranean tradition, the dramatic exterior volumes enhanced by

the strong red plasterwork which reflects into the interiors. Articolated spaces lead to the centralised living/activity area of the kitchen, dining entertaining area with its’ fireplace…the combination of warm neutral colours and materials, the varying ceiling heights and materials mutate into a timeless decor.
