The project idea for absolute city centre links contemporary style and technology with the meanings of art and tradition, combining the transparencies of glass with solid, massive, yet elegant surfaces, decorated like a “graffito”,
cultured and elegant to give a vibrant depth to the masses and make them interact with the empty spaces of the facades: arches, windows etc., just as if they were part of a painting. An imposing building, but also delicate and changeable.
