Leonardo Proli<\/em>[\/vc_custom_heading][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]The intervention aims at a new life for the Lignano lungomare area, transforming it into an urban centre of social activities, rediscovering the coast as a space for leisure time throughout the year. The main themes addressed in the project are: the architecture of the route and the relationship between the city centre and the sea, a panoramic commercial axis and the development of a system of connections. The redefinition of the[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]promenade through a new interpretation of the basement, which becomes a conjunction of the punctual elements with commercial functions located on it. The result is a public place organised with spaces for relations and punctual architectures. Ci\u00f2 rende possibile una estensione dei parchi cittadini fino all\u2019arenile laddove essi si insinuano occupandone una parte. La realizzazione di dune di sabbia a ridosso dell\u2019arenile tra le ramificazioni dei parchi, d\u00e0 luogo ad una fusione dei due sistemi naturali tipica della macchia mediterranea.<br \/>\nLa definizione di nuovi spazi di attivit\u00e0 per il tempo libero alternative a quelle strettamente legate alla balneazione estiva \u00e8 attuata attraverso[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;descriptionMiddle_2&#8243;]l\u2019inserimento di funzioni qualificate: un edificio per attivit\u00e0 termali e una piattaforma sul mare dedicata allo svago.
